An informal gathering to sing many well known songs, with a seasonal flavour. We have been collating lists of carol sings in the South Yorkshire and North Derbyshire areas for some years, making them available on various websites. In 2009, when one of these sites seemed likely not to be maintained any longer, we decided to begin this site. Pat Malham and Frazer Jarvis.
Great race - thanks everybody - News. The Trigger Race will run for the seventh time on Sunday 14th January 2018. Entrants will navigate their way from Marsden over Black Hill, Bleaklow and Kinder to Edale visiting three trigs points on route. The linear route is measured at 20 miles with 4500 feet climb. The race is sponsored by www. And all profits of the race will go to Woodhead Mountain Rescue Team. In 2017 we raised over 5000 for the team.

Welcome to The Huntsman, Thurlstone. Mon Thurs. 6pm 11pm. 5pm 11pm. Noon 10.30pm. A good old-fashioned pub with a warm welcome. Sunday afternoons in particular have a nice, friendly family atmosphere come and have a meal and play our traditional pub games afterwards or enjoy the sheltered suntrap of our South facing beer garden accessed through the bar. Thursday, September 12, 2013. We love the 4th of July here in Huntsville. Something about small town parades, carnival, and friends. This year was especially fun because Morgan was cheering with her cheer friends on the Snowcrest Jr. Michael was very kind to help get the trailer and drive the girls.
